Circool
We're excited to introduce Circool (pronounced just like circle), our new system for guest management and student check-in/check-out for Cherokee County Schools.
Circool helps us make our schools safer, more secure, and more efficient by:
- Speeding up student check-in and check-out
- Making the process quicker for parents and guardians
- Connecting directly with PowerSchool to keep information accurate
To use the new system, all parents/guardians will need to create a free Circool account by visiting my.circool.com
Pro Tip: Add the Circool website to your phone's home screen so it works just like an app.

Go to my.circool.com
Tap the Share button.
Select Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add.
